【Job Responsibilities】
1. In accordance with the company’s development strategy, comprehensively plan and coordinate the company’s human resource management, and formulate and implement the company’s human resource strategy and human resource planning.
2. Establish a scientific and standardized human resources management system, responsible for drafting, revising, and improving HR-related policies and work processes, including recruitment, training, performance management, compensation, and employee relations.
3. Establish and refine job qualification standards and career development systems, and organize talent recruitment, selection, and assessment activities. Conduct regular organizational diagnostics and talent inventories to optimize the organizational structure.
4. Responsible for establishing the company’s training system, organizing and implementing various training programs, and enhancing both the team’s professional and managerial capabilities.
5. Responsible for promoting the corporate culture, organizing and planning employee activities, and enhancing organizational cohesion.
6. Establish external communication channels and public relations, and build and maintain positive employee relationships.
7. In accordance with quality system regulations, the organization shall implement and improve work related to company structure, personnel, and health management, ensuring compliance with system requirements.
8. Other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
【Job Requirements】
1. A bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Management, or a related field, with a solid theoretical foundation and specialized knowledge; preference given to candidates with more than 5 years of experience in human resource management at pharmaceutical companies and experience in building marketing teams.
2. Practical experience in implementing organizational change and human resource strategic planning;
3. Possesses excellent organizational, coordination, and communication skills, is adept at managing interpersonal relationships, and has strong interpersonal appeal.
4. Familiar with the Labor Contract Law as well as relevant laws and regulations governing human resources at the national and local levels; possesses strong written communication skills.
5. Possesses a strong sense of responsibility and professional integrity, and is capable of taking responsibility for human resources strategic planning and management decision-making.

1. Preliminary Test
(1) The Human Resources Department and the heads of hiring departments will conduct joint interviews: individual or group interviews.
(2) Professional Assessment: An assessment of the specialized knowledge required for the relevant position.
(3) Conduct a written review and verify the authenticity of certificates such as graduation and degree certificates.
(4) Background Check: The Human Resources Department conducts background checks based on the candidate’s profile.
2. Re-examinationPresident Interview
3. HiringWithin 5 business days after the re-examination concludes, the Human Resources Department will send an offer letter via email to candidates who have passed the interview and will also notify them personally by phone about their onboarding.
Submit materials upon onboarding
1. Four 1-inch personal photos
2. Original ID card
3. Original certificate of final academic degree and diploma
4. Original copies of relevant qualification certificates (please provide if available)
5. Medical examination report (from a hospital of Grade II or above, or a reputable medical examination institution)
6. Original letter of resignation from the former employer
7. Photocopy of Beijing Bank card (salary card)
Other matters
1. Applicants must confirm whether they meet the eligibility requirements.
