【Job Responsibilities】

1. Responsible for the evaluation, development, management, and maintenance of regional CSOs for innovative Class 1 gene therapy drugs; establish and maintain sales channels and a sales network.
2. Responsible for tracking the CSO’s sales progress, ensuring that sales targets are met, and adjusting the sales strategy based on market conditions.
3. Collaborate with the CSO to conduct market research and regional promotion activities, and collect and provide feedback on market information, adverse drug reactions, and pharmacovigilance data.
4. Assist agents in understanding and complying with all provisions of the company’s “Marketing Compliance Manual,” ensuring that marketing activities are legal and compliant.
5. Develop regional sales strategies to enhance product market share.

【Job Requirements】

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in pharmacy, biotechnology, marketing, or a related field.
2. Over 8 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, including more than 3 years of experience in agency-model sales management; or 5 years of frontline sales experience with more than 3 years of experience in self-operated sales management.
3. Familiar with regional pharmaceutical markets and agency operating models; prior experience in successful agency partnerships is preferred.

4. Possesses excellent business etiquette as well as strong communication and negotiation skills, and is willing to travel nationwide.

1. Preliminary Test

(1) The Human Resources Department and the heads of hiring departments will conduct joint interviews: individual or group interviews.

(2) Professional Assessment: An assessment of the specialized knowledge required for the relevant position.

(3) Conduct a written review and verify the authenticity of certificates such as graduation and degree certificates.

(4) Background Check: The Human Resources Department conducts background checks based on the candidate’s profile.

2. Re-examinationPresident Interview

3. HiringWithin 5 business days after the re-examination concludes, the Human Resources Department will send an offer letter via email to candidates who have passed the interview and will also notify them personally by phone about their onboarding.

Submit materials upon onboarding

1. Four 1-inch personal photos

2. Original ID card

3. Original certificate of final academic degree and diploma

4. Original copies of relevant qualification certificates (please provide if available)

5. Medical examination report (from a hospital of Grade II or above, or a reputable medical examination institution)

6. Original letter of resignation from the former employer

7. Photocopy of Beijing Bank card (salary card)
