【Work Location】Beijing, Shanghai

【Job Responsibilities】

1. Responsible for leading the team in developing, maintaining, and scaling up Class 1 innovative drugs (gene therapy products) at tiered hospitals within the jurisdiction, thereby achieving end-to-end management of the product—from government approval to expansion of its market share at the terminal level.

2. Responsible for building a regional expert database, maintaining relationships with KOLs, and communicating the core product values and clinical advantages.

3. Responsible for breaking down and implementing the company’s annual sales targets, formulating and executing business plans for the assigned region, and driving the team to achieve or exceed the work goals and tasks set by the company and senior managers.

4. Responsible for team building within the jurisdiction, and assisting superiors in recruiting, training, evaluating, and motivating the sales team in the region. Collaborate with regional KOLs during their visits, providing targeted guidance when specialists are engaged in sales and marketing activities.

【Job Requirements】

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in medicine, pharmacy, biotechnology, or a related field.

2.5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, with 1–3 years of experience in sales management. Prior experience in the sales of innovative drugs and specialty medications is preferred.

3. Possesses excellent organizational and coordination skills and is adaptable to business travel.

1. Preliminary Test

(1) The Human Resources Department and the heads of hiring departments will conduct joint interviews: individual or group interviews.

(2) Professional Assessment: An assessment of the specialized knowledge required for the relevant position.

(3) Conduct a written review and verify the authenticity of certificates such as graduation and degree certificates.

(4) Background Check: The Human Resources Department conducts background checks based on the candidate’s profile.

2. Re-examinationPresident Interview

3. HiringWithin 5 business days after the re-examination concludes, the Human Resources Department will send an offer letter via email to candidates who have passed the interview and will also notify them personally by phone about their onboarding.

2. Original ID card

3. Original certificate of final academic degree and diploma

4. Original copies of relevant qualification certificates (please provide if available)

5. Medical examination report (from a hospital of Grade II or above, or a reputable medical examination institution)

6. Original letter of resignation from the former employer

7. Photocopy of Beijing Bank card (salary card)
