Xiao Xiang

Professor at Beijing Jiaotong University and doctoral supervisor, Beijing Municipal Outstanding Teacher, and Certified Public Accountant. Currently serves as Deputy Director of the Center for Competitiveness Studies at Beijing Jiaotong University, Research Fellow at the Capital High-End Think Tank of Beijing Jiaotong University, Director of the Center for Central and Eastern European Studies at Beijing Jiaotong University under the Ministry of Education’s platform, and Research Fellow at the National Think Tank of Beijing Jiaotong University. Since beginning her teaching career, her research has spanned corporate finance, investment and financing analysis, asset valuation, and accounting theory and methodology, and she has led and completed 40. She has participated in numerous research projects, including the national “Ninth Five-Year Plan” key project titled “Study on the Costs, Fares, and Financing Methods of the Beijing–Shanghai High-Speed Railway,” and has served as the chief editor of monographs such as “Corporate Finance” and “Asset Valuation.” She previously held the position of independent director at Tangshan Port Group Co., Ltd. and at Chongqing Qianli Technology Co., Ltd., and currently serves as an independent director at NORTHLAND.
