Dr., Professor at Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, and Doctoral Supervisor. Graduated from the School of Civil, Commercial, and Economic Law at China University of Political Science and Law. Currently serves as an arbitrator at the Beijing Arbitration Commission/Beijing International Arbitration Center and the Shenzhen International Arbitration Court; one of the first advisory experts appointed by the Beijing Financial Court; Vice President and Secretary-General of the Insurance Law Research Association of the China Law Society; Secretary-General of the Asia-Pacific International Forum on Insurance Law; Deputy Director of the Legal Professional Committee of the China Insurance Society; Director of the Banking Law Research Association of the China Law Society; Director of the China Commercial Law Society; and Director of the China Emergency Management Society. Also serves as the Manager of Beijing Huhu Tianxia Technology Co., Ltd.
