Senior-level engineer, associate chief physician, licensed pharmacist, part-time professor at Beijing Normal University, member of the CPPCC Committee of Haidian District, Beijing, and member of the Committee of the Beijing Federation of Overseas Chinese. He holds a master’s degree in toxicology from the Medical College of Yanbian University and has previously served as a lecturer at the Medical College of Yanbian University, director of the Institute of Occupational Diseases at Jilin Chemical Industry Co., Ltd., and vice president of Jilin Yatai (Group) Co., Ltd. He possesses a solid theoretical foundation in medicine and toxicology and has over 35 years of experience in pharmaceutical research and management of the pharmaceutical industry. In 2004, he founded NORTHLAND and currently serves as the company’s chairman and president, as well as executive director of its holding subsidiary NORTHLAND Biopharmaceutical and chairman of Huienland.

A senior engineer with the rank of professor, he holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry from the School of Life Sciences at Lanzhou University and a Ph.D. in Biomolecular Engineering from Tianjin University. He was also a postdoctoral fellow at the Institute of Radiation and Radiological Medicine, Academy of Military Medical Sciences. Previously, he worked at the Chongqing Yu Shui Biopharmaceutical Research Institute and Chongqing Fu Jin Biopharmaceutical Co., Ltd., where he engaged in the research and development of new bioengineering drugs as well as corporate management and operations. He has profound expertise in the design of macromolecules, the construction of engineered cell lines, and protein expression. He boasts over 20 years of experience in pharmaceutical R&D and management. As one of the company’s founders, he participated in its establishment and currently serves as a director and executive vice president of NORTHLAND, as well as a director and general manager of Hui En NORTHLAND. He has been awarded the titles of Beijing Science and Technology Star, Hai Ying Talent, and Outstanding Engineer of Beijing.

Bachelor of Clinical Medicine and Master of Molecular Human Genetics from Korea University. He has served as an assistant lecturer and researcher in the Department of Forensic Medicine at the College of Medicine, Korea University; a researcher at the Beijing Zhongke Aohua Bio-Gene Research Institute; Manager of the Clinical Medicine Division at NORTHLAND; Senior Clinical Monitor and Manager at Otsuka Pharmaceutical R&D (Beijing) Co., Ltd. He possesses extensive theoretical knowledge in the field of molecular human genetics, is fluent in Korean and Japanese, and has over 15 years of experience in pharmaceutical clinical research. Currently, he serves as a Director and Vice President at NORTHLAND, overseeing clinical medical affairs.

Certified Public Accountant and Senior Accountant. Previously worked at Beijing Yongtuo Certified Public Accountants, Zhongshen International Certified Public Accountants, and China National Overseas Engineering Corporation, holding positions such as Senior Manager, Partner, and Head of Accounting for a state-owned super-large enterprise. Has over 20 years of experience in the industry and capital operations. Joined NORTHLAND in 2016 and currently serves as a Director, Chief Financial Officer, and Board Secretary of the company.
