Recently, the results of the 2005 National Science and Technology Innovation Fund for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises in the science and technology sector—grant-funded projects—were announced. NORTHLAND’s NL003 project, after review by the evaluation committee, has been approved for funding (project approval code: 05C26221100005), with a funding amount of 750,000 yuan. In 2005, a total of 1,552 projects nationwide received support, with a total funding amount of 988.48 million yuan.

The Innovation Fund for Technology-Based Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises is a special government fund approved by the State Council, designed to support technological innovation in technology-based SMEs.
