On March 18, 2015, the National SME Share Transfer System Co., Ltd. officially released two major indices for the New Third Board: the National SME Share Transfer System Composite Index and the National SME Share Transfer System Market Maker Composite Index. NORTHLAND became one of the first 332 constituent stocks selected for the New Third Board Composite Indices, which will have a positive and far-reaching impact on enhancing the company's visibility in the New Third Board market and attracting institutional investors to participate.

The constituent index is a benchmark index constructed through scientifically objective methods to select the most representative sample stocks, providing a comprehensive overview and operational status of the entire securities market. It serves as a yardstick for investment evaluation and forms the basis for financial derivatives. As of March 17, the number of companies listed on the New Third Board stood at 2,113. According to the index compilation plan released by the National Equities Exchange and Quotations Company, the selection of constituent stocks for the New Third Board Composite Index takes into account both market capitalization and stock liquidity indicators, employs an industry-matching approach, and determines weights based on both individual stock performance and the highest industry weight. Companies must meet two conditions: “having trading activity since listing” and “having a non-zero circulating share capital.”
