Recently, the company officially signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Pudong Hospital in Shanghai to launch in-depth collaboration on jointly establishing a “Pharmaceutical Innovation and R&D Cooperation Platform.”

Both parties will further deepen their research into the mechanism of action of the NL003 drug and, leveraging the company’s drug R&D pipeline, fully integrate their strengths in technology, talent, and equipment. By jointly establishing a “Pharmaceutical Innovation and R&D Collaboration Platform,” they will strengthen cooperation across the entire drug development process—from basic research and clinical studies to post-marketing evaluation—jointly tackle key technological challenges, accelerate the translation of scientific research findings into practical applications, and promote the development of new drugs. This collaboration will enable complementary use of each party’s resources and foster mutually beneficial partnerships.

Shanghai Pudong Hospital has a long history and integrates medical care, education, research, prevention, health care, and rehabilitation. It is a key national research institution, boasting several specialized departments and equipped with advanced research platforms and strong research capabilities. In particular, in basic research and clinical trials, the hospital hosts the Shanghai Municipal Science and Technology Commission’s Primate Model Animal Professional Technical Service Platform and the Shanghai Key Laboratory for Vascular Lesion Regulation and Remodeling. It also possesses a comprehensive drug development system and significant innovative strength.
