Recently, the unveiling ceremony for the Beijing Urban Sub-center Medical-Industry Collaborative Innovation Center and the centralized signing ceremony for strategic partnerships were held at Beijing Luhe Hospital, affiliated with Capital Medical University (hereinafter referred to as “Luhe Hospital”). At the event, Dean Wu Yingfeng of Luhe Hospital signed strategic partnership agreements on behalf of the hospital with the first batch of partner enterprises. Han Chengquan, Vice President of our company, attended the event and signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Luhe Hospital on behalf of our company. The two sides reached an agreement on collaborating in areas such as preclinical basic research, clinical trials, scientific research cooperation, and the establishment of technology platforms. By integrating their respective strengths—including technology, talent, and specialized equipment—they will accelerate the translation of research findings into practical applications and the development of new drugs, thereby achieving complementary advantages and mutually beneficial cooperation.

As a clinical research center, Luhe Hospital has participated in the clinical trials of our company’s two innovative biological drugs, NL003 and NL005. During the course of these projects, both parties have gained a deeper understanding of each other and established a solid foundation for collaboration. With this signing, both sides will further deepen their cooperation in clinical trials. In addition to accelerating the ongoing clinical trial projects currently under joint development, they will give priority to collaborative efforts on subsequent projects entering the clinical stage, post-marketing studies, and investigator-initiated trial programs. At the same time, the two parties will strengthen their diversified collaboration in drug research and development, using in vitro or animal experiments to further elucidate drug mechanisms, optimize clinical applications, expand potential indications, and elevate the level of basic research on new drugs. Moreover, guided by clinical needs, they will continue to explore new research directions, enhance the translation and commercialization of research findings, and foster closer integration between research and industry.

Luhé Hospital was founded in 1878 and has a history of 145 years to date. Today, it serves as a regional center for the emergency and critical care of severe illnesses, a center for the diagnosis and treatment of complex and challenging diseases, a regional center for medical education, and a hub for medical research and disease prevention.
