On November 24, 2020, the promotion ceremony for NORTHLAND to the Select Tier of the National Equities Exchange and Quotations was held at the National Equities Exchange and Quotations Company. More than 50 guests, including leaders from the National Equities Exchange and Quotations Company, leaders from Haidian District, intermediary agencies, investment institutions, as well as the company’s directors, supervisors, senior management, shareholders, and the CITIC Securities project team, jointly witnessed NORTHLAND’s moment of ascending to the Select Tier.

　　Mr. Chen Yongmin and Mr. Jia Zhonglei, leaders of the National Equities Exchange and Quotations Company, Ms. Di Huiqing, Deputy District Mayor of Haidian District, Beijing Municipal People’s Government, Ms. Ding Chaoxia, Deputy Director of the Haidian District Financial Services Office, Mr. Zhu Feng, Deputy Director of the Investment Banking Committee of Zhongtai Securities Co., Ltd., and Mr. Liu Rongyu, General Manager of Beijing Zhongguancun Shangdi Biotechnology Development Co., Ltd., attended the symposium and jointly rang the “Jin Ceng Bao” bell.

　　Since officially launching its Select Tier initiative in March of this year, NORTHLAND has spent nine months working diligently, with the joint efforts of its sponsor and other intermediary agencies, to obtain approval from the CSRC on September 30. Following that, it smoothly completed its stock issuance and finally made its official entry into the Select Tier on November 24, marking a successful conclusion.
