The Phase IIa clinical trial of the NL002 project has been successfully completed.
On February 9, 2007, the company held a summary meeting for the Phase IIa clinical study of NL002 at the Zhongguancun Biomedical Park. The Phase IIa clinical trial of this product was conducted by three hospitals: Beijing Chest Tumor and Tuberculosis Hospital, the Affiliated Hospital of the Academy of Military Medical Sciences, and the General Hospital of the Beijing Military Region. Attending the meeting were key clinical investigators including Song Santai, Wu Shikai, Liu Duanqi, Zhang Xia, Zhang Shucai, Xu Liyan, and Liu Zhe. The meeting was chaired by Professor Song Santai. Participants listened to the summary report on the Phase IIa clinical trial and reviewed and discussed the relevant trial data and results. The experts in attendance unanimously agreed that the 7.5 μg/kg dose of this product demonstrates significant preventive and therapeutic effects on chemotherapy-induced thrombocytopenia, and recommended this dose as the effective treatment dosage for the Phase IIb clinical trial of NL002.
