According to the Provisions on the Confirmation of Pilot Qualification for Non-Listed Joint-Stock Companies in Zhongguancun Science Park and the resolution of our company’s ad hoc shareholders’ meeting, our company has submitted an application to the Management Committee of Beijing Zhongguancun Science Park for listing on the Agency Share Transfer System to conduct share quotation and transfer. On July 8, 2008, the Management Committee of Beijing Zhongguancun Science Park issued Document No. Zhongke Yuan Han [2008] 113, “Letter of Approval Regarding Beijing Northland Biotechnology Co., Ltd.’s Application to Enter the Securities Firms’ Agency Share Transfer System for a Pilot Program of Share Quotation and Transfer,” confirming that our company meets the qualification requirements for being a pilot enterprise for share quotation and transfer.
