The main structure of Phase I of the NORTHLAND pharmaceutical production base has been topped out.
At 10:00 a.m. on May 30, 2013, accompanied by a long blast from the concrete pump truck’s whistle, the final batch of commercial concrete was poured for the main structure of Phase I of the NORTHLAND Pharmaceutical Production Base—the “Eye Drop Production Workshop and Four Other Projects,” officially marking the completion of the main structural topping-out.
The project commenced on March 6, 2013, and took 86 days to reach the completion of the main structural topping-out—19 days ahead of schedule. Throughout the entire construction process, all participating parties worked together in a spirit of solidarity and collaboration, fully leveraging their respective roles to ensure the smooth progress of the project.
The completion of this critical project milestone has greatly boosted the confidence of all project team members. Moving forward, we will continue to press ahead with renewed vigor during the construction phase, laying a solid foundation for the smooth completion of the project.
This project includes five components: an eye-drop production workshop, a power station, Gatehouse 1, Gatehouse 2, and a waste disposal station. The total construction area is 9,981 square meters, and the project is expected to be completed by December 30, 2013. After the project goes into operation, its annual output value could reach 300 million yuan, generating approximately 60 million yuan in annual tax revenue.
