On January 29, 2016, the 2015 Work Summary and Awards Ceremony of NORTHLAND was successfully held at the Daoxiang Lake View Hotel. At the meeting, Executive Vice President Nie Liya summarized and reviewed the company's achievements and existing issues in 2015, and outlined the key tasks for 2016. Following that, employees who had excelled in this year's performance evaluations were honored with certificates and prizes; employees who had joined the stock ownership plan received honorary certificates; and employees who had been with the company for more than ten years were presented with commemorative gold coins. Chairman and President Xu Songshan announced the restructuring of the company’s organizational structure, introduced the two newly appointed senior executives, and delivered a concluding speech. On behalf of the company’s board of directors, he thanked all employees for their hard work throughout the past year and set forth specific requirements for 2016. He urged all employees to focus on the overarching goal of “the Year of Market Development,” actively cultivate market development capabilities, standardize research, management, and operational practices, collaborate closely, embrace change, strengthen corporate culture building, and improve work quality and efficiency. He encouraged everyone to keep pace with the company’s development, wholeheartedly fulfill the annual work plan, and timely revise the company’s medium- and long-term development plans as needed.

After the summary and commendation meeting, all employees of the company, together with all staff from the Zhongguancun Biomedical Park Incubator, jointly held the 2016 Spring Festival Gala. The short film “Our 2016,” the dances “Charge Ahead” and “The King Asks Me to Patrol the Mountains,” and other performances were brilliantly staged and deeply moving. The thrilling lottery draw brought the gala to a climactic high point.
