On July 15, 2021, the production license application submitted by our company’s controlling subsidiary, Huien NORTHLAND, for additional contract manufacturing projects was approved by the Beijing Municipal Administration for Drug Supervision. The classification code of the “Drug Production License” (license number: 20200302) was changed from “Ah” to “Ah Ch,” enabling Huien NORTHLAND to both produce its own R&D drugs and undertake contract manufacturing of eye drops. On August 5, NORTHLAND also obtained a “Drug Production License” (license number: Jing20210014) issued by the Beijing Municipal Administration for Drug Supervision, with a classification code of Bh. As the holder of this license, NORTHLAND can now entrust its subsidiaries or external companies to manufacture eye drop products. With this development, both the company and its subsidiaries now hold A/B/C-level licenses for the production of eye drop medications, allowing them to engage in various forms of production and business operations, which will significantly boost the performance of their ophthalmic drug business.

Huonland is a high-tech enterprise dedicated to the research, development, manufacturing, and sales of ophthalmic pharmaceutical products. The company has established a specialized ophthalmic pharmaceutical production base that meets China’s advanced standards. It boasts an integrated, automated “blow-fill-seal” sterile eye-drop production line and a comprehensive GMP management system, enabling it to produce both single-dose and multi-dose eye drops as well as ophthalmic irrigation solutions. Currently, the company has three pharmaceutical products available on the market. Over the past two years, driven by a dual-engine model of “pharmaceutical sales + CDMO services,” the company has actively expanded its market presence and boosted its operating revenue. In the first half of 2021, the company achieved pharmaceutical sales revenue of 21.97 million yuan, representing a year-on-year increase of 976.7%, marking the company’s entry into a phase of sustained and rapid growth.
